Save yourself from staying at this resort. On top of this, our room’s shower had no hot water. So we were left to stay in the Garden View room for all 3 nights of our vacation. They were unable to give us a refund or any sort of assistance. We then asked for a refund because we PAID for the more-expensive Strip View, and again, she said there was nothing she could do. This lady informed us that there was nothing she could do, and they didn’t have any Strip View rooms available. Or so we thought… the next morning we went to the In-House Services desk to request our room change. Our Garden View room was very small and had 2 queen beds rather than 1 King, but it would only be for 1 night. They would have to place us in a Garden View room for the night, and we could come back down in the morning to switch to the Strip View room. Upon check-in, we were told that the Strip View room we had booked AND payed for was not available. First time staying at the Flamingo, and will be my last.
